Ingredients
⅔cupgreen peppers (capsicum) - finely chopped
⅔cupred peppers (capsicum) - finely chopped
⅔cupyellow peppers (capsicum) - finely chopped
1cupcucumber - finely chopped
1cupapple - finely chopped
1⅓cupsteamed corn kernels(you can use canned corn kernels)
2cupssprouted green moong lentils and black chickpeas
2cupsboiled chickpeas
⅔cupdried cranberries
½cuproasted almonds and walnuts - chopped
3tbspChaat Masala(can be purchased at any Indian foods store)
