Ingredients
  

  • ⅔ cup green peppers (capsicum) - finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup red peppers (capsicum) - finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup yellow peppers (capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber - finely chopped
  • 1 cup apple - finely chopped
  • 1⅓ cup steamed corn kernels (you can use canned corn kernels)
  • 2 cups sprouted green moong lentils and black chickpeas
  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • ⅔ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup roasted almonds and walnuts - chopped
  • 3 tbsp Chaat Masala (can be purchased at any Indian foods store)
  • Juice from 1 lime or lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Enjoy this sweet, savory, and crunchy salad as a meal or a snack!

Notes

You can make sprouts at home as well - Sprout maker is available in most Indian grocery stores, else you can soak overnight and wrap in a cloth in the morning, sprouts will be ready in 24 hours.
