Equipment

  • Kulfi molds or Popsicle molds

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 2% evaporated milk (354 ml each)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)
  • 1 litre Cool WhipTM 95% Fat Free
  • ½ cup crushed pistachios
  • ½ tsp green cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk in a large bowl
  • Whisk the ingredients together
  • Add the Cool Whip to the mixture
  • Mix using the cut and fold method. You can later use a whisk as well.
  • Pour the mixture into a food processor to create a smooth mixture
  • Add the pistachios and ground cardamom powder
  • Mix well
  • Place this mixture in the freezer for 1 hour
  • Remove from freezer and churn using a hand churner or a mixer. This helps reduce crystalization of the kulfi
  • Fill kulfi molds or popsicle molds with the mixture
  • Place all molds in the freezer until set
